The Shaswey mayor of Smuggler’s Bay. He’s more accurately a crime lord, as most authorities are in Camijaa, with his fingers in all manner of activities both legitimate and otherwise.
Also runs a gambling establishment as his homebase: a drydocked ship called the “Pirate’s Booty”.
