Tepuro I’cro is one of two island nations ruled by Heilagai Elricans, and by far the most secretive of the two. All trade and outside interaction is funneled through the neighboring nation of Mondacini, and no outsiders are permitted on or even near Tepuro I’cro without vetted and expressed permission.
