Mondacini is the second largest island nation in the Insula Sea and one of two ruled by Heilagai Elricans. Though they are key trading partners with each other, they remain separately governed. Being skilled diplomats and negotiators, the country has managed to navigate hard times better than most and has maintained a delicate truce with its larger and more aggressive neighbor of Bacu.
