Our adventurers sail upon the waves of the Southern Insula Sea, leaving Marbordo behind and heading for Chefurbo, Tasset’s capital. They manage to find rest and relaxation while also learning the ropes of sailing alongside other crewmembers including Captain Sanders, Boatswain Smitty, and Gunner McDonald.
A storm soon blows in, however, and with it an enemy ship set on boarding or sinking the Frappuccino. Though only in a merchant vessel, our adventurers manage to stand toe-to-toe against a stronger and faster opponent. Something breaks between Alcia and Eva, causing the two to become one for a brief moment. Magic energies erupt from her, disabling the other ship and giving them opportunity to pull away.
The pursuing shadow was rebuffed for now, but it has not given up.
