A Valkyrie that escaped the invasion of Convallis Valley. Caelum entered a professional thieves guild, but was ratted out by a fellow thief, Bucky Star, when he tried doing a job off the books. He pivoted from land to sea for work and joined a pirate crew. Among his many adventures, it was at this time he had run-ins with the notorious Black Cypress organization. He lost a finger in a hard-fought battle with them on the open seas alongside a fellow Convalli, Allen Barry.
Progressing up the pirate ranks, he had an opportunity to backstab Thomas Hortin but refused. The two became fast friends and allies ever since.
More recently, Caelum won an all-night underground blackjack tournament, nearly losing his liver if not for Alcia‘s help.
